Account: name, email, phone, optional address and password hash.
Orders and reservations: contact details, order contents, payment status, pickup or delivery address.
Contact form: the fields you fill in.
Technical: language and theme, cart and cookie consent in your browser (localStorage).
Why?
To fulfil your order or reservation (contract).
To reach you about an order (contract / legitimate interest).
With your consent: optional analytics cookies.
Retention and sharing
We keep orders and reservations as long as needed for our records and legal duties.
Payments go through our payment provider. We do not share data with third parties for marketing.
We do not sell your data.
Your rights
You may ask for access, correction, deletion or restriction, and object. Email contact@panjtara.nl. You may lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Cookies
Essential: login, cart, language, theme, your cookie choice.
Optional: anonymous statistics, only after ‘Accept all’.
We store your choice in your browser. You can clear it and choose again.
