1. The restaurant

We are a hospitality business. Prices are in euro, including VAT, and may change.

2. Reservations

A reservation is a request for a table. We confirm as soon as we can by email or phone.

We hold your table for 15 minutes. If you’re delayed, call us. Groups of 8 or more need to speak with us first.

A no-show or late cancellation may mean we give the table to someone else.

3. Orders (pickup and delivery)

An order is final when you see confirmation on screen or by email, and for online payments after a successful payment.

Delivery is only within our delivery area. Fees and any minimum spend are shown at checkout.

Allergens, vegetarian options and cross-contamination are explained on the allergens page. Check your order when it arrives.

4. Payment and cancellation

Pay cash, by card in the restaurant, or online through our payment partner when enabled.

You can cancel an online order until we start cooking. Contact us; refunds depend on payment status.

5. Liability

We cook with care. Please contact us the same day if something is wrong. Our liability is limited to the amount of that order or visit, as far as the law allows.
